Google in the early hours of today restored the popular bog, Lindaikeji.blogspot.com, after it had deleted it off its platform on Thursday.

“Google has restored my blog. About 24 hours after it was deleted. I hear it's a record. Yay! Normally it takes weeks or even months for Google to restore a deleted blog. But we are special here! Lol,” Miss Linda Ikeji, the blog owner posted on her blog today.
“The people who took it down knew what to do. You get a number of strikes on blogger and after that it is automatically deleted. It's automated, programmed to work that way. But the human beings got involved, checked out all the filed complaints, saw they were bogus and restored the Linda Ikeji Blog,” the popular Nigerian blogger went on to say.

Lindaikeji.blogspot.com, inarguably the most popular blog in Nigeria, has been faced with several accusation of plagiarism of late, before the blog was yanked off by its host – Google.
Linda Ikeji in an apparent move to directly source for news stories and photographs in order reposition her blog is recruiting news reporters and photographers across Nigeria. She advises those willing to work for the blog to send their application letter to lindaikejiads@gmail.com.
