Active telephone subscribers in the
country must have spent a whopping sum of N2.14tn on voice calls and Short
Message Service, among other basic services between January, 2011 and December,
2012, says a news report published in Punch newspaper.
Whoa! N2.14 trillion! That’s whopping
for real! Guys, that’s your money talking. But please can someone tell MTN,
Airtel, Etisalat, Glo and the rest of them to have mercy on helpless Nigerians
by improving service quality, at least.
