‘OBA Saga’: It’s sad, but the end will surprise people, says disappointed PDP member

You will either be sober or very angry with someone after reading this touching Facebook message from a PDP member in Akwa Ibom State who feels let down by the withdrawal of Obong Bassey Albert from the PDP governorship primaries in Akwa Ibom State.

His name on Facebook is Baba Out. The message you are about to read is culled from his Facebook wall.

Read the message after the cut….

If it is true that OBA has step down, collect nomination form for Senate and equally endorse Mr. Right for the governorship position, then definitely this is an end to an era!
I have never had anything against this vibrant young man because of his generosity but I never supported his aspiration because my instinct did alert me that he will not occupy that seat but I never envisage that this is how it will end!

What is going to happen to all those young men and women that line up behind him, believing in him and supporting him?
Please somebody should tell him that it was never about him alone, he was only a voice for those thousands of people that supported him!

What will happen to a diehard supporter like Hon Usenobong Akpabio, that bought the senatorial form too? Is it proper for him to go alone and negotiate away the future of thousands of people that were ready to lay down their lives for him just because of a 30min meeting with the President? So many questions begging for answers but surely by this singular act he has daint his political career and it will never be the same anymore!
It is very sad but it is well.

The drama has just started; the end will surprise a lot of people.
