Some unknown men have attacked the Uyo residence of Mr
Charles Akpan, a journalist in Akwa Ibom state.
Mr Akpan, who is Deputy Head of Station and Head of
News at Inspiration 105.9 FM in Uyo, disclosed this in a Facebook post on
Thursday.
“(It’s the) second attack in ten months,” the
journalist said in the post. “What is
really the problem?”
From photos he posted on the social media site,
the attackers dug a huge fence through the parameter fence in his residence to
gain access to the compound.
He also posted photo of mangled burglary proof.
Think Akwa Ibom! is unable to confirm if the
journalist or his family were home when his residence was attacked.
