Dr. Ime Udoh
NMA Chairman
Dr
Ime was elected on Saturday
18th of July,
2020
in an election held in
Uyo.
Also elected into the State EXCO of the NMA to run the affairs of
the association for the next two years were Mary Udoh, Vice
Chairman and Ekem Emmanuel John, Secretary.
Enefiok Hezekiah Jumbo was elected Assistant
Secretary; while Usenobong Morgan Treasurer.
Others were Imoh Johnson as Financial Secretary; and
Nsisong Asanga as PRO.
In his acceptance remarks, Dr. Ime
Udoh thanked his
colleagues for their show of
solidarity and support and
promised to implement manifestos
with vigour based
on the inputs of the
congress.
“We have started a journey together for a new phase of
progress in our great Association and I stand bold to say that by the grace of
God Almighty, my manifestos shall be implemented with vigour based on your advise through the Congress
“I use this medium to thank all the contestants who
collectively make the process that climaxed in my election interesting and
would want them to join hands with us in the task ahead of us.”
The NMA Chairman also called on his colleagues not relent in their continued interest in
the activities of the Association.
