Trending challenge on social media today is ‘Don’t leave
me challenge” and has got Uyo popular MC and
presenter at Inspiration 105.9 FM, Uyo, Edwin Ebiese also popularly known as “MC Governor” giving it a shot.
MC Governor joined other social
media users in a Facebook video post to create his own combination of words using everyday items.
The MC/Presenter in the post grabbed and called out a chair and sat on
it to form ‘Chairman’ and then running from the scene with ‘Don’t leave me’ and ‘Wisdom’ being chorused by his hype men.
Don’t leave me challenge was started by Nigerian Instagram
comedian, Josh Alfred is popularly known as Josh2funny and has been global with
the hashtag #dontleaveme.
The challenge is all about making up words in a creative way
either by using everyday items. The skit creator, Josh2funny has a hype man who
asks him to give a wise word, then he replies by combining words in style which
make the hype man scream ‘don’t leave me’.
Josh2funny has really kept social media users busy with the new challenge. It has really been another way of taking Nigeria to the world through entertainment. Social media users have joined to create their own impression
of the challenge in pictures and videos not leaving out celebrities like Olu
Jacobs, Funke Akindele, Kanayo O. Kanayo, Falz, DJ Cuppy, and so on.
