Sunday Question: Do Children’s spiritual behaviour raise Question Mark On Their Fathers’ Integrity as Men of God?

A pastor is the founder/General Overseer of a church, but his only two sons refuse to be members of his church because they don’t just ‘like’ it there. They prefer to worship in another church where the spiritual doctrines clearly contradict their father’s own church.  Does the children’s behaviour raise a question mark on their father’s calling as a servant of God?
