2015 Guber race: Akwa Ibom Internet writer steps up attack against Udoedehe, ACN

Senator John Udoedehe’s romoured 2015 governorship ambition has received some knocks from an online writer from Akwa Ibom State, Mr. Michael Ukanga Ekpo who says the former ACN candidate in Akwa Ibom 2011 governorship election ‘won’t win (in) his ward’ if he contest again in 2015.

John Udoedehe, a former senator who represented Uyo Senatorial District, has not declared his intention to run for governor, even though he has publicly called on Akwa Ibom people to reject the zoning of 2015 governorship election.

Michael Ukanga Ekpo who owns an amateur online news site, Naijaleaks, took time out on twitter to bare his sentiments against Udoedehe running for Akwa Ibom governorship in 2015, and why he (Ekpo) ‘won’t touch ACN with a 10 inch pole’.

“I will stick with PDP until a better alternative comes around”, Michael Ekpo tweeted, adding that “Udoedehe is no better than Godswill Akpabio”.

“Hand Akwa Ibom to ACN n we pay tax thru our nose…. They will party away our resources every time Tinubu turns a year. The Yoruba will never come near our resources, they will take everything away. Go to the banks ask for weekly statement of transfers their churches take out of Aks weekly n u will weep, while our people are improvised, hungry and wretched.”

“I hate their guts, give them power in Aks n Yoruba will take over mobil, they will sack our people, retire them, and bring their own people. A Yoruba will become commissioner in Uyo.”

Ekpo tweeted on why he will never support APC, ACN or any other party, saying they are “one n d same thing, crooks”.

“Political parties like APC it’s a norm to belong to Ogboni n other affiliate cults, I am reliably told,” he tweeted.

He raises question mark on the internal democracy of ACN, as well as accuses the Yoruba of not being good role models.

“Internally, ACN r not democratic. Tinubu wields so much power. It’s sickening…. The Yoruba are not good role model to learn from, they r never better than us. All we (in Akwa Ibom) need is focus and respect 4 elders.”
