Adult2Adult Night Talk (18+): Should he masturbate, even though it’s against his religious belief?

A THINK AKWA IBOM! reader needs your advice, please. He is single. He went for a medical check-up, and the doctor recommended some test, including semen (sperm) analysis. He doesn’t want to go through sexual intercourse with any woman in to produce the needed semen sample, because as he puts it “the Bible warns against fornication”. The doctor advised that he try masturbation. But that too is against his religious belief.

Please, how would you advise this young man?  Thanks.
