79,469 people across the globe have submitted prayer
requests for the New Year through Facebook to a popular Nigerian prophet, T.B.
Joshua. They were responding to a message on Facebook from the prophet that the
people should submit their prayer requests for 2015. The message posted around
3pm on 31 December, 2014 attracted 55,202 likes and was shared 2,643 times,
besides the 79,469 comments as at January 3, 2015.
“Your case will not escape the anointing of God, in Jesus’
name. It is a new dawn!” says a message from T.B. Joshua on the social media
site.
Joshua is revered within and outside Nigeria because of his
prophetic and healing power.
