In case you don’t know who Hon. Samuel Effanga is, he is a former commissioner for science and technology during Godswill Akpabio’s first term as governor, Akwa Ibom State. In the last March 2015 general elections in Nigeria, Effanga contested under the Accord Party for the House of Reps (Uyo Federal Constituency). His message here is timely.
