The Akwa Ibom state government has issued certificate of recognition to three clan heads in the state.
The certificates were issued on Friday by the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Mr. Udo Ekpenyong, on behalf of Governor Udom Emmanuel.
