A grieving family in Akwa Ibom needs you to reach out to Gov. Akpabio on their behalf

Mr. Odudu Ukpanah

Please if you are reading this, it means you are in a good position to help.
Dear brothers and sisters, friends, men and women of goodwill, as you pray in Church today for yourselves and your families, please remember to pray for one Akwa Ibom family – the family of Late Engr. Albert Ukpanah of Ukanafun Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State. Albert Ukpanah, a chieftain of PDP, was brutally gunned down on 12 March, 2014 in his home in Abak, and his only son, Odudu Ukpanah arrested and charged to court for ‘assassinating’ his father, even when the police report said that Ukpanah’s assassination was politically motivated. Mr. Odudu Ukpanah, a UK-trained petroleum management expert, has so far spent seven months in prison custody. His traumatised mother is said to be suffering from cancer and stroke. Late Albert Ukpanah’s daughter, Ofonime, says her detained brother didn’t kill their father. She has been in tears, like the rest of the family members, begging that the Akwa Ibom State government release their only brother to come home, spend the Christmas with the grieving family.

Please pray for the release of Mr. Odudu Ukpanah, and also do whatever you can to peacefully reach out to Governor Godswill Akpabio and his government, and ask for the release of this young man to his family.
Thank you. Happy Sunday!
