A’Ibom Election Tribunal: “Our material evidence confounded the fraudsters” – Umana

The APC governorship candidate in Akwa Ibom State, Mr. Umana Okon Umana has spoken about his performance yesterday as a witness against PDP and INEC at the ongoing Akwa Ibom Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja.


“Of all the material evidence in support of my disagreement with the electoral fraud, the admission of CTC of authentic accredited voters for the election, Polling Unit by Polling Unit obtained from INEC Server, Abuja by the Tribunal left PDP and INEC lawyers totally frustrated,” Umana said in a celebratory tone in a message he personally posted on Facebook today, Friday. “This was more so as other material evidence confounded the fraudsters.”

Interestingly, Umana’s appearance in the court as a witness yesterday coincided with his 56th birthday which Think Akwa Ibom! learned was celebrated in low-key in Abuja, Akwa Ibom and other parts of the country.

“As promised yesterday, I entered the witness box and testified on oath exactly what happened during the fraud called elections in Akwa Ibom State. I am doing this for the sake of Akwa Ibom people,” said Umana.
 Umana will continue in his evidence today in court.
